It integrates cleaning, rinsing and drying processes in a single chamber, and adopts a closed-loop circulation system for cleaning solvent. This design effectively cuts down the consumption of chemical detergents, helping enterprises reduce long-term production costs while achieving environmental-friendly production.

Built entirely with premium 304 stainless steel, the machine features excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, adapting to long-term continuous industrial operation. Controlled by mature PLC and touch screen system, the operation is simple and user-friendly for all operators. Equipped with three sets of cleaning bars installed at the top, middle and bottom of the chamber, combined with dual-layer 360° rotating spray nozzles, the HS-810 realizes full-range cleaning without blind spots, thoroughly removing stubborn residues from solder pads and component gaps.

To meet diversified production demands, the equipment supports customizable cleaning cycles. A visible observation window is reserved on the front side, enabling real-time monitoring of the whole cleaning process. It is also fitted with a low-liquid-level automatic filling system, intelligent alarm system and external adjustable exhaust port, greatly improving operational safety and convenience. All spray pipes and water pipelines adopt quick-connector structure, which simplifies daily maintenance and replacement work.

The standard dual-layer cleaning basket measures 610*560*100mm, capable of holding large-size PCBAs with a maximum load of 10kg per board and applicable board thickness ranging from 0mm to 100mm. The machine runs with a spraying pressure of 30-40 psi, working noise below 70dB, cleaning temperature adjustable between 25℃ and 75℃, and the maximum drying temperature reaches 99℃. Multi-stage filters with precision of 0.45μm are equipped for both cleaning solvent and DI water, to intercept tiny particles and protect internal components.

In terms of configuration, the standard power supply is 3-phase 380V AC, with total power of approximately 26kW, overall dimension of 1500*1300*1830mm and total weight around 600kg. Customers can select optional accessories including 0.3T/H DI water production device and customized cleaning fixtures to match special PCBA products. Custom fixtures can firmly fix circuit boards during operation and prevent component damage.
