Descripción del producto
Stainless Steel Guide Rail PCB Reject Conveyor
Adjustable Speed For SMT Production Line
Product Overview
Our HS-CVN series PCB Reject Conveyor is a customized SMT inline separating conveyor integrated with Mitsubishi PLC control and Sick brand photoelectric sensor configuration. Rated at maximum 100VA power consumption, it is designed for automatic sorting of qualified (OK) and defective (NG) PCB boards on full SMT assembly production lines.
This inline reject conveyor is specially deployed right after PCB AOI inspection, SPI test or post-reflow visual checking station. It enables automatic shunting of faulty PCBs without halting the entire upstream and downstream SMT production workflow. While defective boards are diverted for rework or scrap, good PCBs continue uninterrupted transportation to follow-up processes like component assembling, bonding or final testing.
We provide two standard models: HS-CVN350 and HS-CVN460 to cover different PCB dimension requirements. Custom length and dimension modifications are available per customer's unique production demands.

Core Features & Advantages
  • Three Working Modes: Reject Mode, Inspection Mode, and By-pass Mode for flexible production scheduling
  • Modular Integrated Structure: Simplifies installation, maintenance, and component replacement
  • High Stability Frame: Robust welded construction prevents shake and deflection during continuous operation
  • Laser-engraved Stainless Steel Guide Rail: Wear-resistant, anti-rust, and long service life
  • Ergonomic Arm Rest: Reduces operator fatigue during manual inspection
  • Precision Lead Screw Width Adjustment: Smooth synchronous guide rail adjustment for various PCB widths
  • Customizable Dimensions: Available in custom lengths and sizes to match production line layouts
  • Stepless Variable Speed Control: Continuously adjustable from 0.5 to 20m/min
  • Universal SMEMA Compatibility: Seamlessly integrates with all mainstream SMT equipment brands
  • Premium Electrical Components: Mitsubishi PLC and Sick sensors ensure accurate PCB detection and rejection
Working Principle
When upstream inspection equipment sends an NG defective signal via SMEMA communication, the built-in Sick sensor detects the PCB position. The Mitsubishi PLC processes the signal and activates the pneumatic rejection mechanism. Defective PCBs are automatically pushed to the reject storage area, while qualified PCBs continue uninterrupted to subsequent SMT processes.
