What is an Inline PCB Separating Router?

The Inline PCB Separating Router is a fully automatic CNC depaneling machine designed for high-volume SMT assembly lines. Unlike guillotine separators that only work on straight V-cut lines, this router system uses a high-speed rotating spindle to mill out complex PCB shapes, cut large motherboards, and separate single/double panel PCBs with heavy components or odd shapes.

Whether you're manufacturing automotive electronics, medical devices, tablets, or communication modules, this inline system delivers consistent, stress-free depaneling without damaging nearby components.
